These terms describe use of the SafeWave website; music licensing is handled separately.
Music rights are separate
Access to a track on the website does not by itself grant permission to publish, redistribute, resell, claim ownership of, or otherwise exploit that track. Any creator-use rights must come from the license terms applicable to that music.
Launch candidate
SafeWave is still being prepared for public release. Features may change, and unfinished account or commercial services should not be relied on until they are expressly launched.
Important: These site terms are a launch-readiness baseline, not a substitute for attorney-reviewed commercial music-license terms. Final creator licensing should be approved before SafeWave markets tracks for publication or commercial use.
